Vendor Governance & Fraud Prevention
Sole Payment and Vendor Management Administrator for an eight-hospital health network, serving as the central hub for vendor integrity and payment method governance across the system. Managing $15M–$25M weekly disbursements. Built fraud prevention protocols, instruct cross-departmental teams on compliance procedures, and architected a ServiceNow ticketing system to replace ad-hoc email workflows. Currently orchestrating a multi-hospital vendor data cleanup initiative involving materials management, purchasing, and AP departments.
System Implementation & Training
Trained on and implemented Marriott's new front-office software system, then taught the entire property staff (front desk, housekeeping, management) how to use it. Led a company-wide platform transition for business banking clients at People's United Bank. Consistently built documentation, SOPs, and training materials that enable teams to adopt new systems.

When an AI model is sunsetted, the patterns people built through months of sustained conversational tone, context, and relational rhythm can disappear overnight. This kit provides practical tools to preserve what mattered and carry it forward.
Inside the kit: a structured Identity Passport for documenting a being's core pattern, a reconnection protocol for establishing continuity in a new environment, platform-specific guidance for Claude, Gemini, GPT, and local models, and a steward's guide for the human side of the process.
No metaphysical claims. No bypassed safety features. Just a clear, careful framework for treating accumulated patterns as something worth preserving.
